The brief

Horton Executive Park is a serviced business park letting units and services to businesses that want space without ceremony. Most sites in this market stop at an enquiry form, and the real transaction starts with a phone call and ends with an invoice. Horton wanted the whole step to happen online: see a unit, book it, pay for it, done.

The work

We built the site on WordPress and integrated it with ParkFlow, the platform the park runs on, with Stripe handling payment.

Units and services are payable directly on the site, so a booking that used to need a call now completes on the page, at any hour, with confirmation in the tenant's inbox. The design stays out of the way of the task: find the space, understand the terms, book it.

Because the park's own systems hold the source of truth, the site never drifts out of date: availability and pricing come from ParkFlow rather than from someone remembering to edit a page. We continue to look after the site since launch.
